Rasgulla is our favorite Bengali sweet. This is one of the few recipes for which I have received a surprising number of requests. Although scratching can be difficult, this post will help you fix it.

After much trial and error, I found that this method would result in juicy, fluffiest meatballs! They are so soft that they spring back when you touch them. Hmm!

In this Rasgulla recipe post, I give lots of tips and tricks wherever possible so that you can easily make this delicious milk dessert at home.
