Rose tea
Rose tea is known as magic tea because it reduces anxiety, improves digestion and relieves menstrual cramps.
How to make Rose Tea: Take a saucepan, add a cup of water and bring it to a boil. Now put 8 to 10 rose petals in it and cover the pan with a lid.
Lavender tea
The lavender plant has many benefits. Lavender flowers have healing effects. Therefore, lavender tea improves sleep quality, relieves migraines and reduces stress.
How to make Lavender Tea: Boil a cup of water and pour it into a mug. Now take a tea ball or infuser and put 5-6 lavender petals in it.
Carnation tea
Carnation tea is another tea that reduces stress and depression. It has a pungent taste and has a strong aroma.
How to make Carnation Tea: Take a cup of boiling water and steep the carnation petals in it for 2 minutes. Do not leave the petals for a long time or else the taste of the tea may become bitter.
Hibiscus tea
Hibiscus tea has a pleasant aroma and sweet taste. It reduces inflammation, lowers blood pressure and helps in weight loss.
How to make Hibiscus Chai: In a pan add a glass of water and four petals of hibiscus flower. Now boil it for 5 minutes, filter and taste the delicious tea.
