 DIY rakhi making

The bond shared between brother and sister make this festival more special for both of them.




Take a round piece of fabric, fold it and apply fabric glue to it.

Place a velvet cloth over it and decorate the center with mirrors.

Decorate with drop kundan, round kundan stones and surround with colored ball chain of your choice and cut off excess fabric.

Take a silk thread and tie it at the bottom of the rakhi. Hold another piece of velvet fabric with glue to secure it.

Let the design dry and use colored beads and add them to the silk thread.

Tie off the ends of the beads and the end of the thread as well.


Your Rakhi is ready.
